Moleskine
This is where most of the actions occurs. I will in general take vigorous notes throughout a typical day, and from time to time will dump them for public consumption.
Reading
I keep fairly intensive notes whenever I read a book. Whenever, I am able to place my notes online, this is where they will be. However, I will tend to dump anything to do with the joy of reading here also.
